How do we select the best piano teachers?

Choosing the teachers that conform our team is not an easy task. We only interview the best qualified and amongst them, the most experienced. Once the piano teacher has been selected the most challenging part starts: the recruitment process. We have an eight step recruitment process that involves learning our procedures by heart and going through many tests and trials. Only the best professionals pass the systemic tests successfully. Once those tests have been completed, the last one and most important remains ahead: The Trial period.

As our studio works as a team, we need to make sure there is trust amongst us, both professional and personal. The first two months we study how our students react to the new teacher in studio lessons. Only after 2 months of through monitoring is that we allow professionals to go for home tuition representing us.
