Welcome Sabrina to WKMT!

Welcome Sabrina to WKMT!

Hello! I am Sabrina and I have just joined the wonderful team of WKMT. I am really looking forward to starting my new adventure as a “teacher” in such a cosy and inspiring environment.

Yes, I wrote “teacher” because in my “teaching” experience I learnt a lot from all my students: as an active performer I practise every day and the process of slowly going through the basics with my pupils is helping me a lot in my daily practice routine and performance career. Teachers need to practise too!!

Why WKMT?

After my studies at the Royal Academy of Music, I was looking for a piano teaching job position and I came across this website. I thought: “Oh wow! Finally, a school which cares about all the aspect of the art of performance from a very young age: piano lessons with talented and friendly teachers, lots of performance opportunities to appreciate the fruits of one’s hard work and professional recording as well”! On top of that, the environment is very cosy, intimate, friendly and welcoming.

In my first post, I would like to thank Juan and Gisela for trusting me, for giving me the opportunity to join their special team and for all the helpful advice in my early days at the office. Thank you for making the recruitment process smooth and less stressful.

Thank you very much for reading and I will keep you posted about my teaching and future project with WKMT.
