For many adults, learning to play the piano is a great way to combat stress, stimulate the mind, improve coordination, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

Actually, in my opinion, playing the piano creates and promotes self-confidence which is a must have in modern competitive lifestyle.

Playing the piano is not only fun and entertaining, it also provides great exercise for the brain. The same way your muscles can benefit from resistance or cardiovascular exercises, practising the piano for just 20 minutes a day can help you keep mentally fit.

Furthermore, it’s great to relax and express yourself with the soothing sounds of a genuine acoustic piano.

So, These are undoubtedly so many benefits.

The only one is……….. that it is really DIFFICULT!!! All those notes, shifting hands, fingerings.. is there any solution to this problem?

Yes, in fact, there is.

And it is “enjoyment”. Not of the results, because they could not be very high in the beginning, but in the process of learning. Our abilities are enhanced and the pleasure comes.. and self confidence as well as……. FUN!

So, as a conclusion I could say that Piano work consists of hard work and a lot of fun and deep satisfaction.
